The adult entertainment industry is mourning a devastating loss.
Kylie Page, an adult film star who appeared in Netflix’s Hot Girls Wanted: Turned On, died in Los Angeles on June 25, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner confirmed to AVN. She was 28.
Her cause of death has not yet been determined, as additional investigation is still ongoing, per the outlet.
Shortly after Kylie’s death, many of her close friends paid tribute to her on social media. Fellow adult star Leah Gotti detailed their friendship, including how she and Kylie—who rose to fame in the industry in 2016—met when they both worked at the “same model house” at age 18.
“I just think, overall, she was a [happily] infectious person,” Gotti told AVN on June 26. “She was really light and bright and she just loved to smile, laugh, and really valued living life to the fullest and being free as much as possible.”
OnlyFans model Tommy Grey echoed the sentiment in a touching tribute on Instagram, noting she’ll “always” carry Kylie’s “spirit with me wherever I go.”
“We grew up together, hundreds of miles never really meaning anything when our hearts were always close,” she explained in the June 28 post, which featured a sweet selfie of the two smiling together. “We became women together—through laughter, through late-night phone calls. We held each other through the panic attacks, the depressive spirals, the numb days, and the nights we didn’t think we’d make it to morning. But we always found a way to laugh in the middle of the chaos.”
Meanwhile, Brazzers—a porn production company that Kylie previously worked with—honored her in a touching tribute on X, formerly Twitter.
“The Brazzers team is deeply saddened to learn of Kylie Page’s passing,” a spokesperson wrote in the statement. “Kylie will be remembered for her laughter, kindness, and bringing light wherever she went. We extend our heartfelt condolences to Kylie’s family, friends, and fans during this difficult time.”
Indeed, Kylie’s time in the industry was notable, as she appeared on Hot Girls Wanted: Turned On—which was produced by Rashida Jones—in 2017, nearly one year into her career. At the time, she went under the pseudonym Bonnie Kinz but revealed she had plans to switch her name.
“I wanted to change my name before I started doing boy-girl because I just wanted to be more authentic to myself,” she explained in the series, per Decider. “And I thought that I should just go by my first name, which is Kylie. I like doing this. It’s fun.”
