Kylie Jenner opens up about her dream job in an alternate universe while speaking with Khloe Kardashian

Kylie Jenner recently joined her sister Khloe Kardashian on the November 12 episode of Khloe in Wonder Land podcast, where the two indulged in a candid conversation and surprising revelations. Among the confessions was a moment when Jenner shared what her dream career would be if she weren’t already the founder of her billion-dollar beauty brand,

When Khloe asked her to imagine an alternate universe and describe her dream job, Kylie revealed that her passion for beauty ran so deep that she would still find herself in the same field, only with a different title.

“I would be…something super major… I would be like maybe the best makeup artist in the world,” Kylie Jenner said.

Khloe immediately supported her younger sister’s vision, laughing and affirming that she completely agreed, and told Kylie that she “f**king would” achieve exactly that.

The conversation then took a playful turn when Khloe shared what she called a “fun fact” about their long history of trying, and failing, for Kylie to do her makeup.

“I’m sure you remember this. So Kylie, it’s just not meant to be that Kylie ever does my makeup,” Khloe said.

The Kardashian sister detailed one particular instance when they were preparing to film for an "app" they had created together years ago.

Khloe Kardashian explained how Kylie had come over to her house in The Oaks for the session. But their plans came to a halt after their mother, Kris Jenner, got into a car accident that day.

She added that there were two other occasions over the past decade when they planned to film a similar segment, but each time, something “crazy” happened to prevent it. Khloe admitted mid-story that she had lost track of her point entirely, joking:

“I don’t know what my point is. I think I forgot because I’m drunk.”

Kylie Jenner said she’d be more than happy to do Khloe Kardashian’s makeup, no cameras needed, and told her elder Kardashian sister to “literally call” her whenever she wanted.

Kylie Jenner, who shares two children with Travis Scott, also opened up about the emotional challenges of becoming a mother on Khloe Kardashian's podcast.

The Kylie Cosmetics founder reflected on navigating young motherhood largely on her own. When Khloe asked how she managed to maintain her sense of self, Kylie explained that finding that balance took time.

“I think I have a really good balance… I think that I definitely still feel like myself. It was really hard for me having kids so young, and you’re just… the emotions, and the postpartum,” she explained.

When Khloe pointed out that she was the “only one” in their circle to have kids at such a young age, Kylie elaborated on how isolating it felt to be the only person with children at the time.

She noted that her close friend Yris Palmer, who also became a mother around the same time, was one of the few people she could genuinely connect with.

Kylie further added that she believed she did a “pretty good job,” while acknowledging that regaining her confidence postpartum wasn’t instant. Khloe Kardashian affirmed this and told her:

“You did a great job...I think that’s normal. I think it just takes a minute to get your f**king mojo back.”

Later in the episode, Kylie Jenner also reflected on how motherhood had reshaped her perspective, and made her realize how “selfish” she had been.

“I don’t think you realize how selfish you are… even the little things until you have kids, like leaving the house… So, I think just little things like that,” she explained.

This wasn’t the first time the Kylie Cosmetics founder spoke candidly about becoming a young mother. In an August 2024 interview with British Vogue, she reflected on her pregnancy with Stormi, calling it “wild” to be 19 when she learned she was expecting and 20 when she gave birth.
