The Las Vegas Raiders opened up their Wednesday OTAs practice to the media, and as a result we got some updates on left tackle Kolton Miller and defensive lineman Christian Wilkins.
Miller is reportedly seeking a new contract with the Raiders, and that led many to believe he might hold out until he gets one. However, Miller was spotted at the Raiders' practice on Wednesday and looks like he'll participate.
Meanwhile, Wilkins was also spotted at practice, but Tashan Reed of The Athletic notes that he isn't participating in drills.
"Raiders DT Christian Wilkins is at practice but doesn't have a helmet and isn't participating in drills. He did the same thing Monday, per source," Reed wrote.
Wilkins' first season with the Raiders ended early thanks to a Jones fracture, and there has been differing reports about the status of his rehab.
As Reed reported this week, Wilkins shed his boot near the end of last season but was placed back in it this offseason. However, Reed notes that Wilkins was back out of the boot during recent workouts.
Wilkins played just five games last season before suffering a Jones fracture in his left foot that required surgery and knocked him out for the rest of the year. His injured foot was placed in a walking boot, but he was out of it by the end of the season. Then, earlier this offseason, his foot was placed back in a boot, according to team sources. He was back out of the boot during OTA workouts recently, but the back-and-forth has raised questions about his recovery process.
A video provided by Jesse Merrick of News 3 Las Vegas proves that Wilkins is indeed out of his boot.

After all, both are crucial to Las Vegas' success in 2025.
