Kofi Kingston threatened a popular WWE Superstar today on social media. The former champion is currently aligned with Xavier Woods and Grayson Waller in The New Day on RAW.

R-Truth (Ron Killings) has a music career outside the promotion and will be performing at SOB's music venue in New York on November 16. Kingston took to Instagram ahead of tonight's episode of WWE SmackDown and humorously threatened to crash the legend's show.

The veteran suggested that he might show up to try and teach Truth how to rap, and you can check out his message in the Instagram post below.

"So, @ronkillings1 is performing at “SOB’s”… apropos. Might crash the joint and teach him how to rap…," wrote Kingston.

Kofi Kingston pushes for major WWE star to win a singles title

Kofi Kingston recently pushed for his New Day stablemate, Xavier Woods, to win a singles title in the promotion.

Woods signed a new contract with the promotion earlier this year and has accomplished a lot during his time with the company. However, the veteran has never won a singles title in WWE, and Kingston believes that it's time for that to change.

Speaking on the Battleground podcast, Kofi Kingston stated that it was long overdue for Woods to win a singles title and praised him as a performer. The RAW star also noted that Woods has improved his physique.

"I think for Xavier [Woods] to have a singles title, I know that's important to him. And I know it's long overdue. You know what I'm saying? Talking about people who are like incredible on the mic, he's amazing on the mic, [and] he's amazing in the ring. His physique, I don't know if you've seen him, his body game up," said Kingston.

Since I made my @ThisIsTNA and @wwe debuts the same exact way as @RonKillings random friend, im repaying the favor by pushing his show happening this Sunday night in NYC. Get tickets here: https://t.co/Et3fs6XQ8t

It will be interesting to see what WWE has planned for The New Day in the weeks ahead on RAW.
