The New York Knicks enter play against the Oklahoma City Thunder, looking to stay in contention for the No. 3 seed in the Eastern Conference.
Entering Sunday's game, New York trailed the Boston Celtics by a game and a half after suffering a loss to the Charlotte Hornets in their last matchup.
The loss snapped a seven-game Knicks win streak.
New York also received encouraging injury Sunday, as the team nears full health ahead of a playoff run.
According to NBA insider Stefan Bondy, backup guard Landry Shamet has continued to progress and traveled with New York on their current four-game road trip.
When on the floor, Shamet has had a career year, posting 9.6 points per game, 1.8 rebounds and 1.5 assists.
He's also averaging an impressive 38.8% from three-point range.
Additionally, Miles McBride is also now healthy, returning from injury in Sunday's game against the Thunder.
McBride had been sidelined since late January with a high ankle sprain.
McBride has also been playing the best basketball of his career, averaging a career-high 12.9 points and 2.6 rebounds while shooting 42% from three.
With McBride back in the lineup, the Knicks will add another guard to their deep backcourt.
McBride's return will likely eat in to the minutes of both Jordan Clarkson and Jose Alvarado.
Following Sunday's game, the Knicks face the Rockets and Grizzlies before returning home for four of their last five games.
