The New York Knicks have had a confusing season because they are one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference, but they have some issues. The players are well aware of their problems because they could be a much better team if not for them.

As they progress toward the postseason, the Knicks want to address their issues. Mikal Bridges is one of the players who has been vocal about the Knicks' problems, as he wants to be part of the solution, so they can go further in the Playoffs.

Bridges knows what the Knicks have to do to win

After a recent slide, the Knicks knew they had to bounce back on Wednesday. Considering they were playing against a struggling Memphis Grizzlies side, this was the right opportunity to bounce back for New York. They were well aware that the Grizzlies posed a lesser threat, but the Knicks wanted to make sure they got a convincing result.

It was an impressive win for New York, as they were without Jalen Brunson for the game. Due to that, three separate players scored 20+ points, as Bridges, OG Anunoby, and Karl-Anthony Towns all had good games. This also showed that the Knicks learned from their most recent losses.

Ahead of this game, Josh Hart spoke about how he and his teammates were disappointed about their recent results. That is the right mindset to have because it shows the Knicks are dissatisfied with some of the losses they have suffered through this season.

"I think staying in our concepts and playing hard, no mental lapses. It's a tough team, and they play the whole 48 minutes. I think losses don't define everything. I think we were just more upset with how we were playing, a lack of focus at times. If we're doing all those things, even if we lose, that's not much of a problem," Bridges revealed in his post-game interview on Wednesday.

As the Knicks continue on their path to the Playoffs, having a good performance can go a long way. They want to stay focused, so they can be locked in against any opponent they play against.
