Knicks’ Game 2 report card: Trio of stars come up small

Grading the Knicks’ 100-94 Game 2 loss to the Pistons at Madison Square Garden on Monday.

Jalen Brunson: C-

Way too much isolation ball and foul searching from the point guard.

He nearly pulled off the clutch comeback again but the deficit was too much and he came up short.

Karl-Anthony Towns: C

Only 10 points but that wasn’t so much on Towns as it was the lack of opportunities.
