In case you haven't heard, Klay Thompson and Megan Thee Stallion are officially a couple.
Over the weekend, the Dallas Mavericks star posted a set of pictures to his Instagram, seemingly confirming their relationship (albeit inconspicuously), and their official hard launch continued on Monday (again, inconspicuously), as the Grammy Award-winning rapper shared a now-deleted TikTok video of her unwrapping several Labubu dolls gifted to her by Thompson, which have become a very popular brand thanks to endless viral unboxing videos. In the video, Megan could be seen sitting on Thompson's lap (though his face couldn't be seen), with the musician referring to him as "baby" as she thanked him for her presents.
The dating rumors began last week when Megan posted a poolside photo dump that appeared to show a Thompson sitting in the background on a pool chair, and while the athlete never explicitly named or tagged Megan in his summer photo dump, the nails and hair of the woman in the photos with him, made the dots easy to connect, as far as putting two and two together.

According to a recent report from CNBC, roughly $423 million of Pop Mart's revenue in 2024 came from Labubu dolls alone, which Emily Brough, Pop Mart’s head of intellectual property licensing for the Americas, says is a 729 percent increase from 2023. "We’ve seen an incredible growth in revenue and interest across all of our IP," Brough told the publication, adding, "Labubu certainly hit astronomical numbers last year."
And with their popularity continuing to rise, it's no wonder Megan was jumping for joy at the gift.
