Just halfway through its first season, Bravo’s Kings Court is heating up. The queens are getting territorial while the kings sit back and relax, seemingly enjoying their cat fights. A spinoff of Peacock’s Queens Court, the new series follows three famous, eligible bachelors as they search for their queen among 22 ladies-in-waiting.
In an exclusive clip obtained by Decider, Jennifer and Janaye battle for time with NBA All-Star Carlos Boozer — a love triangle brought on when a matchmaker paired each king with his “perfect match.” Jennifer might be the one for Carlos, but the former pro-baller had already hit it off with Janaye.
Carlos asks Jennifer to make him a margarita, but Janaye jumps at the opportunity. “Sit down, Jennifer. I got this,” Janaye tells Jennifer quickly. In her confessional, Jennifer tells the cameras what she really wanted to say to her romantic rival.”Actually, matter of fact, why don’t you sit down in an Uber and never come back?”
Carlos sits back and watches the chaos his simple request has caused. “I know I should be talking to Jennifer, but Janaye is blocking every shot,” Carlos admits. Not wanting to ruin everyone’s pool day, Carlos plans to speak to Jennifer later. “Look, I’ll man up at some point, just not right now.”
Things get even spicier when supermodel Tyson Beckford sweeps Felisha off her feet — literally lifting her onto his shoulder in front of the other women. This Herculean move prompts Felisha to declare, “That’s my man. Let’s make it be noted.”
“What’d you say?” Sara asks. “I said that’s my man,” Felisha reiterates. Not liking what she’s hearing, Sara fires back. “Oh. He’s everybody’s man.”
“No, that’s my man!” replies Felisha firmly. Sara, clearly unimpressed, stays quiet. However, back in in her confessional, Sara has plenty to say about their exchange. “I felt like she was trying to punk me,” she says. “I’m not gonna walk around and say Tyson is my man until Tyson is 100% my man. That is just not me.”
