Kevin Porter Jr. gets married — with his wife trading bridal white for all black

Kevin Porter Jr. is a married man. 

The Bucks guard recently wed his now wife, Tee Janay, according to a post on Porter’s Instagram page on Thursday. 

Porter, 26, posted a carousel of photos on his social media page that showed the couple’s wedding and captioned the post, “WE/DO Mrs. Porter.” 

The pictures Porter posted showed the couple both wearing all black, with the hooper in a black suit and his bride donning a black wedding dress and holding purple flowers. 

Other images showed the newlyweds looking off at fireworks that appeared to be featured during the reception and the two dancing while surrounded by guests at the nuptials. 

The Bucks, whom Porter has played for over the past two seasons, congratulated Porter with a post on X. 

It’s unclear when the wedding took place, but a post by celebrity bridal designer Inna Elsie went up five days prior to Thursday, boasting that Tee Janay had worn one of the designer’s bridal robes.

Porter is entering his third season in Milwaukee after he exercised the $5.39 million player option in his contract. 

His season was cut short by injury in March, but he had averaged 17.4 points, 5.2 rebounds and 7.4 assists per game in the 38 games he did play for the Bucks during the 2025-26 season.

This will be his first season in Milwaukee without Giannis Antetokounmpo on the roster after the NBA star was traded to the Heat in July.

Porter would prove valuable during the upcoming campaign if he can replicate the success he had last season as the Bucks go through a massive change following Antetokounmpo’s departure.

Porter has been in the NBA for six seasons, starting his career with the Cavaliers before spending time with the Rockets, Clippers and Bucks. 

Porter was arrested on Sept. 11, 2023, in New York and charged with assault and strangulation of his then-girlfriend Kysre Gondrezick.

Gondrezick later denied being hit and told The Post at the time that her “injuries don’t support any of those claims” made by authorities.

He eventually agreed to a plea deal, agreeing to charges of reckless assault in the third degree and harassment in the second degree.
