Kendra Duggar told her husband, Joseph Duggar, that the family is “disappointed” in him after his child molestation arrest.

Joseph is currently behind bars after being charged with lewd and lascivious behavior involving a victim younger than the age of 12, as well as lewd and lascivious behavior conducted by a person age 18 or older.

In a prison phone call last Thursday between Kendra and Joseph — who’s being accused of molesting a 9-year-old girl — she told him that despite the family’s “disappointment,” they still loved him.

“Just know that everybody loves you, even if they’re disappointed,” Kendra said in the call obtained by TMZ.

Joseph responded, “I understand the disappointment.”

He also said that he “absolutely” feels the love of his family.

“I’m not upset or anything like that,” he told her.

Kendra, 27, noted that they had to take everything one day at a time, and sounded upbeat despite their current situation.

Joseph agreed and replied, “Yeah, that’s what we have to do.”

The father of four made his first court appearance Tuesday, and his lawyer asked for him to be treated “fairly,” given the former “Counting On” star’s reality TV past.

“He’s asking to be treated as fairly as anyone else, regardless of his status in the television industry,” Joseph’s lawyer said during the arraignment in Bay County, Florida.

Joseph’s bond was set at $600,000, and he entered a written plea of not guilty.

Page Six also exclusively revealed last week that he was visited by just one person — his lawyer — while being held behind bars in Arkansas.

According to his call log obtained by Page Six, Joseph called the phone number of Kendra every day and sometimes twice a day. He also called a management consultant, but the call was left unanswered.

Kendra and Joseph have been married since September 2017.
