Kanye West clapped back at his ex-assistant Lauren Pisciotta’s amended lawsuit in which she accuses the rapper of sexual battery, assault and false imprisonment.
“Lauren Pisciotta’s amended complaint is the fourth version she has advanced,” a Yeezy spokesperson told Page Six Sunday.
“Each new revision contradicts the others; each is more absurd and outlandish than all previous claims combined. Does Ms. Pisciotta actually believe her confabulations? We cannot know. But this breathless new installment of fantasy fiction discredits all past, present and future testimony.”
The spokesperson added, “The Courts are no place to indulge delusions and mental disturbances.
“We stand ready to annihilate Ms. Pisciotta’s tall tales before a jury — an exoneration so inevitable that even she, lost in her fog of fantasy, must surely see it coming.”
Yeezy representative Milo Yiannopoulos also vehemently defended the “Heartless” rapper, slamming the “absurdity” of Pisciotta’s “quadruply revised claims” in a statement to Page Six.
Yiannopoulos further claimed she “picked the one rapper who loathes violence, has never been arrested, and doesn’t even own a gun.”
“An extortionist of Ms. Pisciotta’s vaulting ambition ought to choose her victims more wisely,” he claimed.
In response to the statements, Pisciotta’s attorney Lisa Bloom told the Daily Mail: “While Kanye West’s publicist has come up with a slickly worded (and outrageously false and defamatory) attack on Ms. Pisciotta, Kanye himself has publicly admitted much of what she’s claiming.
“Kanye’s publicist is deafeningly silent on Kanye’s own admissions, which will destroy him in court. We look forward to seeing him there, where he cannot hide behind a high priced spin team.”
Pisciotta’s attorney wasn’t immediately available to Page Six for comment.
Reps for West, 48, spoke out after Pisciotta, 36, amended her June 2024 wrongful termination and sexual harassment lawsuit against the musician.
The former Yeezy employee claimed the Grammy winner’s sexually assaulted her when they were in San Francisco for business.
Pisciotta claimed that she had turned down West before he allegedly kissed her and “forcibly touch[ed]” her vagina while he masterbated in his hotel room.
She claimed the hitmaker also came into her room, requested to use her shower and proceeded to rape her orally while she was “froze[n] in shock and fear.”

Pisciotta claimed West “notoriously offered women as sexual gifts to men” and allegedly did so with her.
She claimed the “Bound 2” rapper offered her to someone whose partner he was sexually involved with.
Pisciotta also alleged that West “subjected her to obscene comments about her body, demanded she wear tight-fitting clothing, groped her on a regular basis, forced her to watch [him] perform sexual acts with other women, sent her sexually explicit pictures and demanded she do the same, and repeatedly demanded that she join his sexual encounters, which she refused.”
Additionally, Pisciotta claimed that when she was fired from her job with West, he allegedly moved into her apartment building, which made her fear for her safety.
She claimed he once “forcibly grabbed [her] by the throat” and licked her ear.
Pisciotta has amended her lawsuit against West several times since she accused him of wrongful termination and sexual harassment last summer.
The Yeezy designer’s lawyers, however, previously referred to the allegations as “baseless” and called the lawsuit “frivolous.”
