Sophie Turner Shows Off Jaw-Dropping 6-Pack Abs in Red Bikini
Kane Brown seems to be doing at least one thing right in the gym.
The “Miles On It” singer revealed he’s been prioritizing his physical health in recent weeks as he shared two selfies taken before and after adopting his new regimen—and judging by his lean six pack abs, his hard work appears to be paying off.
“From April 1st on the left until today (right),” Kane captioned the side-by-side pics in a post on Instagram May 19, “I’ve been super dedicated to fitness and health.”
The 31-year-old then encouraged his social media followers to join him on his pursuit of wellness, adding, “I would love others to come on this journey with me.”
Kane has had an eventful year after welcoming his son Krewe Allen, 11 months, with wife Katelyn Jae Brown in June. In fact, the country star—who also shares daughters Kingsley Rose, 5, and Kodi Jane, 3, with Katelyn—previously expressed his wish for his baby boy to follow him in living an active lifestyle as he grows up.
“I hope he plays sports,” he told E! News at the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards in September. “There’s so much music around in our life that he might pick that up, but I hope he just picks up a baseball or basketball, something. My daughters, too. I love sports.”

And while Krewe may still be in diapers, Kane—who released his latest album The High Road in January—said he already “can’t wait to get in the gym” with his mini-me.
“I'm excited with him,” the singer added during an appearance on the Great Company podcast in April. “I want to be rough with him, but also want him to have the best life he can.”
