Joy Behar felt the need to clear some things up for Abby Huntsman on The View on Wednesday.

The co-hosts got to talking about comments made by President Donald Trump and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth on Tuesday in the midst of military strikes in Iran; specifically, Trump claiming that Iran gave the U.S. “a prize” without specifying what it was, and Hegseth saying that the U.S. “negotiate[s] with bombs,” and is “keeping our hand on that throttle as long as is hard, as is necessary.”

After Behar made fun of Trump for the reaction he made to Hegseth’s “throttle” comments, Huntsman asked if “anybody else feel[s] like we’re in an episode of The Apprentice,” referring to the series Trump hosted.

“My head spins everyday,” she added. “I’m not sure what’s going to happen next. It’s like, ‘I’ve got this big beautiful deal. I’m not going to tell you, but if you tune into next week’s episode, I might share a tidbit.’ I don’t want to take away from what our men and women have been doing over there because what they’ve accomplished is incredible, and if we can deter Iran at all…”

Behar asked, “What have they accomplished over there? Explain it to me.”

Huntsman praised the U.S. military as the “best military in the world,” noting that “they do what they’re told.” Behar and Sunny Hostin reiterated the question of what the U.S. military has “accomplished so far in Iran.”

“I think any time we can deter Iran, whether it’s for another year, whether it’s for ten years, I think that’s a win for this country,” Huntsman said.

However, Behar countered Huntsman’s argument by saying former President Barack Obama “had a deal” with Iran, and Trump “threw it up.”

“And what’s the gift? Besides herpes?” Behar quipped.

“I think it’s really easy to sit here and say, ‘What has our military accomplished?'” Huntsman replied. “It’s because of our military that we’re able to sit here and have these conversations and do a show like this. So whenever’s our military’s out there fighting for our freedoms—”

Behar interjected, “Don’t make it sound like I’m against the military. I’m not. All my uncles, my father, they all fought. So don’t make it sound like that. I’m talking about this particular, as he calls it, ‘excursion,’ into Iran. What have they accomplished so far?”

While Huntsman told Behar that Trump hasn’t “communicated” the “intelligence” that he got, Behar clapped back, “The word ‘intelligence’ and him in the same sentence should not go together.”

The View airs on weekdays at 11/10c on ABC.
