Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld baby girl's name finally revealed

Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld welcomed their first child together in April 2026, and now fans finally know her name.

Steinfeld revealed that she and the Buffalo Bills quarterback's daughter's name in a heartfelt letter on her Substack, Beau Society on Friday, June 19. The Sinners actor shared they named their daughter Harper Haize Allen.

“Dearest Harper, I’m in awe of you,” Steinfeld began her letter. “You’ve been here for only a short while now, and somehow it feels as though you’ve always been ours.”

“Before I was a mother, I had never understood this feeling of being so wistful and filled with excitement at the same time," she continued. "I want your baby hair to stay this soft forever, but I long for the day you might ask me to braid it down your back while we're sitting in the grass."

The Oscar-nominated actress concluded her message to their daughter, writing, “Even though I know I am meant to guide you through this life, Harper Haize Allen, the truth is that already, you have taught me far more than I could ever teach you.”

The actress has since shared photos of Harper's feet and hands in a couple of photos in honor of Mother's Day last month. Steinfeld, who married the NFL MVP last year, shared how she chose to celebrate her first Mother's Day in a post on Instagram. 

She shared photos of the Mother's Day cards she received, a breakfast with fresh flowers on the table, a cake decorated with Happy Mother's Day, and lastly another photo of their daughter in a one-piece with strawberry foot pajamas. 

"A day late but simply obsessed with this," Steinfeld captioned the photo.

Now, Allen will be gearing up for his first Father's Day on Sunday, June 21.
