American speed skater Jordan Stolz is set to make history in Milan.

Known as the fastest man on ice, Stolz has celebrated incredible victories, winning back-to-back world titles in the 500m, 1000m, and 1500m in 2023 and 2024, along with the last two World Cup season titles in each race.

As he gears up for the 2026 Milan Winter Olympics, he's a strong favorite to bring home up to four gold medals across the 500m, 1000m, 1500m, and mass start events.

If everything goes as planned, he could become only the second U.S. athlete in history to win three gold medals in a single Winter Olympics, joining the legendary Eric Heiden, who won all five speed skating events at the 1980 Lake Placid Games.

The Sporting News tracked Stolz's results from the 2026 Winter Olympics.
