Jordan Poyer’s wife Rachel Bush zeroes in on “building a booty” with her no-nonsense advice for 4,100,000 IG followers

Buffalo Bills safety Jordan Poyer’s wife, Rachel Bush, has set a new fitness goal. She posted a series of gym clips on her Instagram story on Friday, explaining that her primary goal this month is getting back into a regular workout routine.

“Back at it 🍑 🍑(two double peach emojis). My goal this month is to get back on track with my regular schedule,” Bush wrote, admitting she hasn’t had a consistent week since before summer vacation. “Here we go.”

Rachel then shared a bit of no-nonsense advice about her current target, building a stronger booty.

“IDC what anyone says, the best way to build a booty is getting below some heavy weight,” she wrote over a video of herself training.

She also showed one of her go-to machines for hip thrusts, saying she’s not a fan of the exercise itself, but the machine makes it much easier.

Bush's update about her fitness target for November comes 16 days after she Jordan Poyer and Rachel Bush took over hosting duties for the Bills’ Halloween bash. She chose a Wild West / cowboy-inspired theme.

For the Halloween look, Bush wore a red bandana-style top, black or blue bottoms, a cowboy hat and a gun holster.

Jordan Poyer officially made his comeback to the Buffalo Bills on August 27, when the team signed him to their practice squad.

H was released by the Bills in 2024 and then signed with the Miami Dolphins, where he played 16 games.

Rachel Bush embraced self-love when she posed in a towel for a mirror selfie and highlighted her natural cheek dimple.

“Only 0.1–5.5% of the population have one cheek dimple there is your fun fact of the day," Bush wrote in the caption via Instagram Story on November 9.

Rachel and Jordan Poyer began dating in 2015. They welcomed their daughter, Aliyah Anne Poyer, in 2016.
