Jonathan Owens' wife Simone Biles says there's 'no shame' in being transparent about her breast augmentation

Jonathan Owens' wife, Simone Biles, confirmed via a TikTok video on Oct. 29 that she underwent three major plastic surgeries, including breast augmentation. The Olympic gymnast opened up on Thursday on her approach to letting the public know about her surgeries.

"It's just who I am and I feel like I've always tried to be open, honest, and relatable. No shame," Biles said, via People.

Biles also had lower blepharoplasty and earlobe surgery. She revealed the reason for undergoing the surgeries and discussed why she decided to let her fans know about it.

"Seeing me win medals at the Olympics, that's not relatable," Biles said. "But what is relatable is how we feel about ourselves, what we talk about, what we go through, and how we share openly, honestly. And so that's why I decided to share it."

Biles revealed that her lower blepharoplasty was done to "lower bleph," which is hereditary in her family. She wanted the "big flaw" fixed through plastic surgery after failing at natural ways to get rid of it.

Simone Biles has been enjoying her break from gymnastics and recently revealed that she started horse riding. The Olympic gymnast said she tried it as a result of "boredom," and that she wanted to do something that required fewer flips.

"Other than (Pilates), I really just do my horseback riding lessons," Biles said on Wednesday, via People. "I had one yesterday at 5:30 p.m. Usually I have it early in the morning, but since I had calls, we're like, 'Let's do it the night before.'"

Biles also posted a major update on Instagram on Wednesday. She shared to her fans that her $3 million home in Texas is finished, along with a PDA-filled clip with her husband, Jonathan Owens.
