John Mayer is reportedly dating influencer Kat Stickler after the two were spotted hanging out together twice in two days.
A source told Us Weekly on Monday that the romance is “still very new” and that the musician, 47, is the one who “sought her out.”
“He has been actively pursuing her, inviting her places and texting her often,” the source explained.
As for Stickler, who is newly single, she reportedly “thought it would be fun to date again.”
The internet personality, 30, “is interested” in Mayer and open to “seeing where it goes,” according to the source, who noted that she “doesn’t think this will be a serious relationship.”
At the moment, they are apparently just “having fun.”

Deuxmoi recently reported that Mayer and Stickler were seen at a private members-only club in New York City last Friday, with a source telling the outlet that it was “definitely a first date, maybe a second date.”
The duo reportedly “sat on the same side of the booth” and were “very touchy.”
The singer-songwriter and the comedian seemingly hit it off, as they were photographed having dinner together the following night at Flyfish Club, another members-only establishment.
In the picture, a giddy-looking Stickler had her head bowed in laughter as Mayer, who was wearing glasses, looked at her.
Us Weekly’s source noted that Stickler, who shares daughter MK with ex-husband Mike Stickler, “just broke up with someone she had been dating for a few months.”
Her last public relationship was with Bachelor Nation’s Jason Tartick. The pair dated for about six months last year.
Mayer, for his part, has previously dated Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, Jennifer Aniston, Minka Kelly, Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Love Hewitt.
