Olivia Ponton has opened up about a private health battle she's been dealing with behind the scenes.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model and influencer, who's been linked to Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow for the past two years, shared an emotional post on social media over the weekend, admitting her struggles with eating disorders and the pressure she's felt surrounding her appearance.
Ponton, 24, said she has dealt with "many" forms of eating disorders over the years, including anorexia, and wants to help change the idea that extreme food restriction automatically leads to the perfect body.
"Being anorexic, nine times out of 10, is not going to give you the body that you're craving, nor desiring. And as someone who has struggled with many, many, many forms of eating disorders, specifically anorexia, I want to talk about this," Ponton said in a TikTok video shared on Sunday, Oct. 11.
"When people think that you are anorexic, it automatically means that you're going to be the skinniest and look the best that you've ever looked. Example for me, when I was going through the height of my eating disorders, I have never looked worse," Ponton continued.

Today, Ponton says, she has overcome these struggles and has never felt better. But at the height of her eating disorder, she was on the opposite side of the spectrum.
"When I was going through the height of my eating disorders, I have never looked worse. I looked dull. My body was not going to ways that I thought it was going to be," she explained.
She now hopes sharing her story will help another young girl going down a similar path.
"I wish there was somebody out there when I was going through my eating disorders that I was actively following that was talking, 'Hey, just because you're doing this, it's not going to get you the results that you are wanting,'" she said.

Several of Ponton's followers were quick to react to the emotional message, praising the SI Swim model for being so candid.
"I hope the right people see this," one person commented.
"Love u girl," a second wrote.
"PREACHHHHHH," a third added.
During the emotional tell-all, Ponton also revealed that she's been cheated on in all of her past relationships.
"Literally every single one of them. All of them," she admitted.
While she didn't name-drop any of her exes, Ponton said she previously blamed their cheating on herself and wondered if she wasn't good enough. She says she now sees it differently and views their infidelities on their own insecurities and not her worth.
"I think cheating is a sign of insecurity. If you feel the need to be in a happy, healthy relationship with somebody, and go to get outside validation that you are attractive, that is not a reflection of this perfectly great person that could be in your life. That is a reflection on them," Ponton said. "That's my hot take."
Ponton and Burrow were first romantically in 2024 after the SI Swim model reported a home burglary at his property to 911 while he was traveling for an NFL game.

— Dov Kleiman (@NFL_DovKleiman) May 1, 2026At a press conference that followed, Burrow said he felt his "privacy has been violated in more ways than one, and way more is already out there than I would want out there and that I care to share, so that's all I got to say about that."
Since then, he and Ponton have been spotted at public outings a few times together, although neither has confirmed their relationship status.
Recently, the pair were spotted together at the Kentucky Oaks horse race, the Fanatics Flag Football Classic, a Met Gala afterparty, and at Bengals training camp.
