There will be more offseason moves made, mostly in the form of free agent signings, before training camp begins for the Jets in July.

But with the eight players the Jets drafted over the past three days, this roster is essentially the one they’ll roll with when Aaron Glenn’s second season as head coach begins for real in September.

And when you look at the offseason maneuvers, which include the hiring of 11 new assistant coaches, free agent signings and the draft, even the most ardent Jets hater would have a difficult time poking holes into what Glenn and general manager Darren Mougey have done in the past four months.

Mougey and Glenn have seemingly pushed all the right buttons this offseason, targeting the weak areas that led to the 3-14 season in 2025 and making the necessary corrections — the hiring of Frank Reich as offensive coordinator serving as perhaps the most critical move.
