Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have officially finalized their divorce two years after separating.

Court documents filed by Warren on Friday and obtained by TMZ show that the exes, who tied the knot in 2008, will not pay one another spousal support.

However, a $3 million payment will go to Warren to even out the distribution of assets. Alba will pay in two-$1.5 million payments – one now, and one a year later.

Page Six has reached out to attorneys for Alba, 44, and Warren, 47, for comment.

Alba and Warren, who are parents to daughters Honor Marie, 17, and Haven Garner, 14, as well as son Hayes Alba, 8, first separated in 2024.

In January 2025, Alba filed for divorce from Warren following 16 years of marriage and 20 years together.

“I’ve been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years – both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” she began on Instagram at the time.

“I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”

Giving a nod to their children, Alba added, “We are moving forward with love, kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time.”

Following the news, an insider told People that the pair are still “friends and all about the kids.”

“No matter what’s going on right now, it seems they will remain close,” the source added. “If they’re filing for divorce, it’s not because of some hateful drama. They still look happy together. Jess has mentioned over the years though that it’s hard to keep the spark.”

The former flames first met on the set of “Fantastic Four” in Vancouver in 2004.

Alba starred as the iconic Sue Storm, while Warren was a director’s assistant on set.

Now, both parties have moved on romantically, as Alba is now dating actor Danny Ramirez, 33.

The pair first sparked romance rumors in May 2025 after being spotted kissing during an outing to Regent’s Park in London.

In July 2025, the couple was then photographed packing on the PDA outside of Ramirez’s Los Angeles home.

For his part, Warren was linked to model Hana Sun Doerr, 25, in August 2025.

In photos obtained by Page Six, the movie producer and cover star were seen stepping out for dinner in Los Angeles at the time.

Earlier that summer, Warren weighed in on Alba’s new romance, telling TMZ “I’m happy for her.”

He then coyly smiled when asked if he’s also on the dating scene, to which he answered: “No, let me know if you’ve got anybody.”
