Yi Zhou claimed on Saturday that she came to an agreement following her bombshell claims against Jeremy Renner — and his attorney promptly denied the claims.
Zhou — who is set to direct the documentary “Chronicles of Disney” starring Renner and accused him of allegedly “sending personal and intimate photographs of himself” — told TMZ on Saturday that they “reached a peaceful and mutually respectful resolution” to their conflict.
Per the outlet, Zhou also said the pair would move forward with their joint projects “Stardust Future” and “Chronicles of Disney.”
Zhou reportedly gave a nod to Renner’s attorney Marty Singer for her claims he headed up the negotiations.
“We appreciate everyone who supported a positive outcome and embraced a forward-looking, collaborative path,” Zhou told TMZ.
“This resolution allows all parties to continue focusing on storytelling, creativity, and meaningful work that uplifts audiences around the world.”
Singer, however, shortly fired back with his own statement to TMZ.
“There was no deal reached with Yi Zhou to resolve my client Jeremy Renner’s substantial multi million dollar claims against her,” the attorney told the outlet.
He continued, “I have no knowledge why Yi Zhou would fabricate a story that a deal has been made with her since she was notified that there was no deal with her, including her use of Jeremy Renner in an animated movie when he only agreed to be in a documentary.”
Zhou also made her claims of an agreement via Instagram on Saturday.
“Happy to announce that thx for Mr Singer, @creativeartistsagency, my teams, agents, managers, legal teams and most of all my advisor Brian Sun, we have reached a peaceful resolution, we will carry on with the release and the FYC campaigns for @chroniclesofdisneyofficial and @stardustfuturemovie with Jeremy Renner in them and other talents,” she wrote.
“Thank you to everyone for accepting peaceful resolution with positive outlook for the future.”
Page Six has reached out to a rep for Renner for further comment.
Renner’s filmmaking partner accused the “Avengers: Endgame” actor of threatening to “call ICE” on her and sending her “intimate” photos earlier this month.
“Mr. Renner first contacted me directly in June, sending personal and intimate photographs of himself, behavior that, according to public reports, he has exhibited before,” she wrote via Instagram on Nov. 3.
“He convinced me of his sincerity, saying he had been single for a long time and open to a long-term relationship. I believed in him, in the power of love and in the possibility of redemption.”

She also claimed the actor “entered into written agreements” with her and her production company, but later denied any involvement with her — either professional or personally — and allegedly “refused” to promote the joint project on social media.
Zhou subsequently shared alleged explicit WhatsApp messages she claimed were sent from Renner with the Daily Mail.
The actor promptly denied Zhou’s version of events. “The allegations being made are totally inaccurate and untrue,” a rep for Renner told Page Six on Nov. 7.
Renner’s attorney Singer claimed Zhou was retaliating after Renner “rejected her romantic advances” and didn’t promote her films on his social media accounts.
The attorney told us Zhou and Renner met in Reno, Nev., over the summer when Zhou interviewed the actor for the documentary, and engaged in what he called a “brief consensual encounter.”
Singer said the Marvel actor had not been in contact with Zhou in over a month, and that he disregarded alleged “sexually explicit messages expressing her love” from her.
He also said that the filmmaker allegedly “had been relentlessly harassing and threatening [his] client with hundreds of unsolicited and unwanted messages.”
The actor subsequently hit Zhou with a cease and desist letter obtained by Page Six on Nov. 8, labeling her claims “false, fabricated and salacious lies,” and accusing her of pursuing him with inappropriate messages and photos.
The actor claimed he put an end to the brief fling in August after she visited him — but alleged she sent him hundreds of text messages after he took her to the airport, in an effort to keep the relationship going.
Some of them, Renner claimed, were explicit. Renner also accused Zhou of threatening to “harm him publicly” if he didn’t promote the documentary and “make it falsely appear” they were involved in a romance.
Back in September, Zhou hinted that she was seeing Renner by taking to social media with images of the pair driving in Reno, Nev.
Zhou claimed to the Daily Mail in October that she had “found new love” with Renner following his life-threatening 2023 snow plow accident. “We have been in a relationship,” she told the outlet last month.
