Jennifer Aniston and her boyfriend, Jim Curtis, are in the “honeymoon phase” — and using meditation to alleviate their first arguments.

“We do a lot of meditation. We do a lot of talk,” the hypnotherapist revealed during an appearance on the “Jamie Kern Lima Show” Monday. “I think that at different stages in your relationship, that different tools are really beneficial.”

Curtis went on to share that he and Aniston have been together for a year and a half, so they use tools like “meditation, acceptance, understanding … those kind of things” to navigate the early stages of their relationship.

“In a honeymoon phase, your tools don’t have to be big sledgehammers,” the transformational coach, 50, explained.

As for how his romance with Aniston, 57, is currently going, Curtis said it’s “going really well.”

“My experience of her is so grounded and so open and caring and kind and loving,” he told host Jamie Kern Lima. “She has this group of best friends that are like family. So I feel incredibly blessed to be part and welcomed into that family.”

He added, “And I feel blessed to be in a relationship with someone that is so openhearted and kind and loving.”

The “Morning Show” actress and Curtis first sparked dating rumors last July when they were seen on an intimate vacation in Mallorca, Spain.

The couple — who was joined by Jason Bateman and his wife, Amanda Anka, at the time — were photographed enjoying their Fourth of July weekend during a yacht party.

At one point, the health guru lovingly caressed Aniston and gave her a back massage while they were on the pricey vessel.

Following the romantic getaway, Curtis gushed about the “love” in his life in his newsletter.

“I am back from vacation and what an experience!” he wrote. “When I was sick, sad, stuck and in pain I never thought I would have the abundance, joy and love I now experience on a daily basis.”

A source told Us Weekly that Curtis and the Golden Globe winner met through mutual friends.

At the time, another source told Page Six that the loverbirds were “very, very happy,” but “have no intention of ever getting married.”

We’re also told that Aniston “never ever questions where she stands” with Curtis, as he has “zero hesitation about letting her know that he is crazy about her and is totally devoted.”

The “Just Go with It” star was previously married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005 and Justin Theroux from 2015 to 2018.
