Jena Sims shows off the place Brooks Koepka proposed to her for the first time

Brooks Koepka's wife, Jena Sims, offered a glimpse of the place where the American golfer first confessed his love to her. Enjoying a weekend, she shared a glimpse of her outing on her Instagram story.

In one of the stories, she shared a picture of a bar outside showing the spot. She shared the picture with a caption:

"This is the bar Brooks told me he loved me for the first time years ago."

Brooks Koepka and Jena Sims' love story started in 2015. The couple met at the Masters. They initially kept their relationship away from the limelight but finally made it official in 2017. However, it came with an uncomfortable moment.

The American golfer won the US Open back then, and Sims attended the event. Announcer Joe Buck mistakenly called Sims by the name of Koepka’s ex-girlfriend, Becky Edwards.

However, she later opened up about the incident in an interview with Golf Digest, and said that it was an "honest mistake," and to forget all this, they took a five-day vacation in Vegas.

"My phone LIT up," Sims said (via People Magazine). "It was half like, 'Congratulations to Brooks!' And the other half were, 'Did you hear what happened?' And I was like, of course I did. It was immediate. I was like, 'It's okay,' life continues. We're just fine. It was an honest mistake." "For five days, we kinda escaped it. We were in our own little world in Vegas celebrating. So we didn't really have to experience what the media blew it up to be. We were by the pool and the casino just hanging out, no worries about that at all. And Brooks ended up meeting Joe Buck. They're totally cool," she added.

In July 2017, they attended the ESPY Awards together. Koepka proposed to her in 2021, and the couple tied the knot in 2022.

Brooks Koepka is enjoying his off-season and making the most of the time he spends with his family. He celebrated Halloween with his family, and his wife Jena shared a glimpse of their costumes for Halloween on Instagram. She shared several pictures with a caption:

"Crew, you’re out of this world"

The Koepka family donned a rocket-themed outfit. Koepka dressed up as a rocket, wearing a white outfit, while his son Crew and wife Sims opted for silver outfits. Koepka and Sims were blessed with a baby boy in July 2023.

Meanwhile, on the field, after the conclusion of the LIV Golf season, Brooks Koepka played in a few DP World Tour events. He last competed at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship and settled in a T15 position.
