Jaylen Brown might be out of Beantown.

The Boston Celtics star is reportedly considering moving out of the city amid trade rumors, as his $5 million penthouse has been put up for sale according to The Daily Mail.

The penthouse, which is located in Boston's Seaport District, has been put up for sale for $4.95 million. The apartment has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. The primary suite also contains "walk-in closets, a double vanity, and a walk-in shower."

Additionally, the penthouse features an open-concept living area, chef kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a private 400+ square roof deck.

While this is not the first time Brown has put his penthouse for sale -- he did so previously in 2024 -- it's sparking more interest this time around as there have been rumors floating that the Celtics might be trading the 10-year veteran.

There were rumors that Brown was "frustrated" with the team, but Celtics president of basketball operations Brad Stevens disputed those rumors back in May.

“He has not expressed those frustrations to me,” Stevens said per NBC Sports at the time. “We’ve been here 10 years together, and I do think that — obviously I love JB,” Stevens said. “Everybody around here loves JB, and I think — just like any of our other guys, as we get to the end of the season — I’ll be here, and my door is always open.”

Even if Brown is not traded, there have been several teams that are interested in the star, such as the Atlanta Hawks, Houston Rockets and Portland Trail Blazers, according to NBA Insider Marc Stein.  Additionally, the New Orleans Pelicans are also rumored to be interested in Brown.

“The Pelicans have been mentioned by various league executives with Jaylen Brown interest, as well,” NBA Insider Jake Fischer said during a livestream for Bleacher Report per NESN. “We don’t know if Boston is even going to fully entertain this at the end of the day. But that doesn’t mean these teams are going to call and are going to try.”
