Jason Kelce is kicking off Super Bowl weekend with a bang.

The former Philadelphia Eagles player hosted a “New Heights” party in California ahead of the big game, wearing an eye-catching look: a tie-dye velvet coat with nothing underneath but a pair of light wash jeans and white New Balance sneakers. He added a baseball cap ($45) from his own fashion brand, Underdog.

Jason picked up the head-turning coat from local Bay Area store Love on Haight, a Grateful Dead-loving shop that calls themselves a “Tiedye Emporium … focused on spreading rainbows, sparkles, peace, love, & kindness.”

The store shared a photo on their Instagram story on Wednesday of Jason wearing his brand-new outwear with two thumbs up in support.

As the “New Heights” podcast is, of course, hosted by Jason and his brother Travis Kelce, the duo posed together on the football field-themed green carpet.

Travis, meanwhile, was dressed in his Kansas City Chiefs colors, wearing a striped Marni cardigan ($1,395 $488), taupe trousers and a KC baseball cap.

Fans immediately jumped on the duo’s bold looks, with one tweeting, “I’m liking that Jason is definitely experimenting with fashion,” which elicited the response, “Still committed to his Dad shoes 🤣 baby steps.”

Some also compared it to his younger brother’s more experimental past looks, with one writing, “I think he’s been in Trav’s closet again.”

Another supported his choice, explaining of San Francisco that it’s “one of the epicenters of the hippie movement (Haight-Ashbury) and birth place of the Grateful Dead. I am pretty sure that is what he is honoring.”

Inside the event, Jason was also photographed with wife Kylie Kelce, who kept it simple in a white T-shirt and black pants, holding a casual denim jacket in one hand.

Jason’s fashion choices have long been a topic of conversation — from his beloved flip-flops to jorts and his newfound appreciation for polished suiting befitting of his role as an ESPN analysts.

It’s the latter that Kylie recently threw her full support behind on her podcast, joking, “I am the one bringing the team down,” sartorially-speaking. “It’s me. It’s not my husband … he’s the one who’s got the swag.”
