The Detroit Lions appear to have an injury concern with quarterback Jared Goff in the first half of the divisional round game against the Washington Commanders on Saturday night.
With the Lions trailing 17-14 in what was an offensive showdown in the first half, Goff threw a pick-six with under six minutes left in the second quarter, which gave Washington a 24-14 lead.
However, in the aftermath of the pass, Goff took a big hit from a Commanders defender that should have been flagged but wasn't. As a result of the hit, Goff suffered an apparent injury and has exited the game.

It isn't clear exactly what injury Goff is dealing with but, according to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press, Goff has been taken to the locker room for further evaluation.
