After Charbonnet suffered a torn ACL in January, analysts weren't sure when he might return.
On Sunday, the Seahawks moved Charbonnet to the reserve/physically unable to perform list. That means he won't play for at least four games.

Without Charbonnet, the proven, physical runner, Seattle doesn't have much.
Outside of Price, there's George Holani and Emmanuel Wilson. Neither of those options have been much more than special teamers or handcuffs for better running backs. Holani was behind Walker and Charbonnet last season.

Behind the Seahawks' offensive line he can be a rookie standout.
Charbonnet won't return for at least four games, likely more. When he does come back he'll be limited.
Price will have as long as he needs to develop and grow as a starter. He may share early snaps with Holani and/or Wilson, but with time he could take that usage back.
Injuries are never a good thing but in this case it could give the Seahawks rookie a chance to develop into the best version of himself.
