Italian prince reveals he paid prostitute to teach him how to have sex

An Italian prince has revealed that he hired a prostitute to “teach” him how to have sex because he was too nervous to do it with his first girlfriend.

Emanuele Filiberto, the grandson of Italy’s deposed last king, revealed the unusual way he lost his virginity in a candid interview in which he also discussed having threesomes.

“I had a girlfriend and I wanted to make love with her, but I didn’t know how to do it,” Filiberto, now 52, told Italian newspaper La Repubblica.

“So I had a prostitute teach me how to do it … It became clear to me very quickly,” he quipped.

The heartthrob prince, who won Italy’s version of “Dancing With the Stars” in 2009, said he enjoyed getting seduced — and went on to have threesomes that he said left him feeling “a little bit like an imbecile.”

Still, his colorful love life once almost proved the death of him, he said, recalling a girlfriend turning violent.

“She threw a whiskey bottle at me. But worse was when she threw a hairdryer which was switched on into the bathtub,” recalled the head of the House of Savoy.

“Fortunately, the cord was short and unplugged the hairdryer.”

Filiberto said that while he lives in Monaco and his wife, French actress Clotilde Courau, is in Paris, they still “love each other dearly.”

“It is not quantity that matters but quality,” he said.

“We are happy this way. In the beginning she was the whim of the prince who wanted to conquer the leftist actress. Today I love and respect her much more.”

Asked about a time she slapped him in public, he claimed it was not because he cheated on her — but because he complimented Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson.

Filiberto is the head of the House of Savoy, which ruled the short-lived Kingdom of Italy from 1861 to 1946 until King Umberto II, his grandfather, was deposed via referendum. 

Italians voted to abolish the kingdom and establish a republic after the family’s disastrous support of dictator Benito Mussolini.

The family maintains their claim to the Italian throne and hopes to have the monarchy restored, according to The Telegraph.

In 2023, Filiberto renounced his claim to the throne and announced that his eldest daughter, 21-year-old influencer and model Princess Vittoria, would be next in line.

“It won’t be tomorrow or in one year, but when she is ready. It’s important that the younger generation have a chance to put new, modern ideas into practice,” Filiberto said at the time.
