Isaiah Evans went undrafted in the first round, but made the loudest statement in Brooklyn at the 2026 NBA Draft. The former Duke Blue Devils guard wore a $3 million diamond brooch and a $1 million diamond wallet chain on the red carpet.
The bling provided by Jason of Beverly Hills is actually more valuable than any rookie deal he'll be offered. There's no defined structure set by the NBA for 2nd-round picks, but the average league minimum for players in Evans' position was valued at $1.27 million. So it's safe to assume he'll need three years to pay off his draft night accessories.
This wasn't the outcome Evans hoped for going into Tuesday night. The Duke standout prepared for this moment but got snubbed out of the first round.

However, there's a possibility he could be reunited with his college teammate, Cameron Boozer, who was taken by the Memphis Grizzlies with the No. 3 overall pick. The team currently holds the No. 32 overall pick in the second round.
Evans averaged 15.0 points and 3.2 rebounds per game last year. The 6-foot-6 talent is a knockdown shooter who was 38 percent for his career from beyond the arc. He had a knack for getting open and launching in a variety of ways last season. Expect him to be a decent role player in the league.
