With the Las Vegas Raiders trading Jakobi Meyers away at the deadline, the Las Vegas Raiders will need more from Tre Tucker.
Tucker is now operating as the Raiders No. 1 wide receiver, or at least that's the expectation with Las Vegas only having declining veteran Tyler Lockett and two rookies in Dont'e Thornton and Jack Bech.
However, Tucker isn't looking like the No. 1 option early on in the Week 10 game against the Denver Broncos. Here's a closer look at what's going on.
Is Tre Tucker playing tonight?
Yes, Tucker is active and on the field for Las Vegas, he just wasn't targeted on the opening series of the game.
Instead of targeting Tucker, quarterback Geno Smith connected with Lockett and Thornton on the Raiders' first drive of the game.
Tucker might have a tough night ahead of him, as the Broncos have one of the better defenses in the NFL. The good news is, the Broncos don't have their start cornerback Pat Surtain II due to injury, which is a huge break for Las Vegas' passing attack.
