The Kansas City Chiefs desperately need superstar tight end Travis Kelce to step up in the Week 3 game against the New York Giants.
The Chiefs are down multiple wide receivers in the game with Xavier Worthy injured and Rashee Rice suspended.
However, Kelce is off to a quiet start on Sunday night against the Giants, as he has yet to reel in a reception over the first few drives of the game.
What's going on with Kelce? Let's take a closer look.
Is Travis Kelce playing tonight?
Yes, Kelce is active, healthy and in the lineup, he just hasn't connected with Patrick Mahomes yet.
Kelce has been targeted twice, he just didn't catch either one. Mahomes threw an easy pass behind Kelce on one of the targets or else the tight end would have a catch by now.
It's just a matter of time before Kelce gets going, but when he does remains to be seen.
