It’s been far too long since Tracker fans tuned into CBS on a Sunday night and watched a new episode of Justin Hartley’s hit survivalist drama.
Tracker Season 2, Episode 20 (aka the Season 2 finale) premiered all the way back on May 11 and showed Colter (Hartley) visiting his mom Mary Dove Shaw (Wendy Crewson) and getting some new insights about the devastating death of his father Ashton Shaw (Lee Tergesen). For those who need a refresher, we then found out that Colter’s mom asked the man who killed his dad for help that night! *GASP!* According to Hartley, Tracker will definitely unpack Season 2’s big cliffhanger when it returns.
“I know we’ll get to the nitty-gritty of why my mother hired this guy,” Hartley told Variety in a recent interview. “Was she protecting her kids? Was an affair happening? Was the government involved? Was it strictly just my mother? Why did she hide that from us for so long? Why did she lead me to believe that it was my brother who was involved when he wasn’t? It seems like this divide-and-conquer thing that she’s doing. It was just an odd thing to do with your children. There’s some deep psychosis there. We’ll unpack that.”
