Terry McLaurin is back for another season with the Washington Commanders and the expectation is he will lead the team's receivers room once again.
However, McLaurin has not been the top dog in the first half of the Week 1 game against the Philadelphia Eagles, as he's off to a quiet start.
Here's a closer look at what's going on.
Is Terry McLaurin playing today?
Yes, McLaurin is active, healthy and in the lineup, he just hasn't recorded a catch yet.
McLaurin does have a few targets, but he didn't bring either one in for a catch. Meanwhile, Stefon Diggs has a few catches for 28 yards.
This was always going to be a tough matchup for McLaurin, as the Eagles have one of the very best cornerbacks rooms in the NFL. It also hasn't helped that Washington's passing attack is off to a terrible start.
But we figured he would have a catch by now. Hopefully things improve in the second half.
