That is all.
Fans are buzzing with the idea that Sydney Sweeney might be making a cameo in “Devil Wears Prada 2,” and here’s why.
A fan caught a glimpse of who they believe was Sweeney, 27, emerging from a trailer on the set of the highly anticipated sequel in New York on Wednesday, August 6.
Posting the video to social media, the onlooker wrote: “Sydney Sweeney and Emily Blunt are seen on the set of The Devil Wears Prada 2.”
In the clip, a female with red hair (Blunt) is seen exiting one trailer while another woman with blonde locks leaves a separate trailer in a baby blue hooded sweatshirt and conceals her face with a large umbrella.
Earlier in the day, photos also caught the mystery blonde exiting an SUV with the umbrella shielding her identity.
The Post reached out to reps for Sweeney and “Devil Wears Prada 2” distributor 20th Century Studios.
Blunt, 42, famously returned to her character Emily Charlton’s fiery red hair last month.
The actress is starring in the exciting fashion sequel with her original co-stars Anne Hathaway, 42, Meryl Streep, 76, and Stanley Tucci, 64.
Newcomers include Lucy Liu, Justin Theroux, Rachel Bloom, B.J. Novak, Kenneth Branagh, Simone Ashley and more.
Singer Ciara and model Ashley Graham have also been spotted on the sequel set.
While “Devil Wears Prada 2” is not listed on Sweeney’s IMDb, her schedule is full.
Not only has she returned to film the long-awaited Season 3 of HBO’s Emmy-winning show “Euphoria,” but she recently completed her role as boxer Christy Martin in a David Michôd-directed biopic (out in September) and played the lead in Paul Feig’s upcoming flick “The Housemaid” alongside Amanda Seyfried, with a December release date.
Sweeney’s controversial American Eagle ad campaign also dropped, with its release sparking backlash over the tagline, “Sydney Sweeney Has Great Jeans.”
Her personal life has also been thrust into the spotlight following her split from fiancé Jonathan Davino, 41, in March.
The pair called off the wedding, with sources telling people that the actress “didn’t feel right” about marrying the businessman.
“She’s exactly where she wants to be,” the insider shared. “Most people would feel overwhelmed by her working schedule this year, but not Syd. She’s all about working right now and very excited about all her projects.”
The original “Devil Wears Prada,” based on Lauren Weisberger’s novel of the same name, was released in 2006 and became an instant cult classic.
It followed Hathaway as Andy Sachs, the fashion disaster junior assistant for Streep’s Miranda Priestly, the cold-blooded editor-in-chief of the fictional Runway magazine.
“Devil Wears Prada 2” will center around Priestly “as she navigates her career amid the decline of traditional magazine publishing and as she faces off against Blunt’s character, now a high-powered executive for a luxury group with advertising dollars that Priestly desperately needs,” Variety reported.
While many of the original stars returned for the sequel, Adrian Grenier, who played Hathaway’s on-screen love interest, will reportedly not reprise his role as Nate Cooper.
Hathaway was recently spotted on set with Sachs’ new love interest, played by Australian actor Patrick Brammall.
“Devil Wears Prada 2” is set for release in May 2026.
