The Denver Broncos are off to the slowest of slow starts against the Las Vegas Raiders on Thursday Night Football, with Pete Carroll's team out in front, leading 7-0.
The offense had two three-and-outs in the first quarter, as Bo Nix and Co. couldn't get anything going against the Raiders' defense.
And in the first quarter, promising rookie running back RJ Harvey was an odd no-show for Sean Payton.
No rushing attempts or receptions, Harvey, who has shown glimpses of his talents, but last week, Harvey posted just five rushing yards from two attempts against the Houston Texans, and that slow production has followed him into Week 10.
Given his talents as both a runner and receiver, Payton will no doubt get Harvey involved at some point, but three drives into the game, and a few minutes into the second quarter, Harvey had just one rush for four yards.

RJ Harvey a shining light for Denver
In his nine games so far this season, Harvey has been a shining light, rushing for 205 yards and two touchdowns while also posting 166 receiving yards and four touchdowns.
His crowning moment came against the Cincinnati Bengals, as he rushed for 58 yards, had 40 receiving yards, and scored a touchdown on four receptions.
Plus, against the Cowboys, Harvey rushed for 46 yards on seven carries, so the talent is there, but against the Raiders, at least early on, the rookie has been a no-show, much like the entire offense.
Will it last? If Denver doesn't want an upset in their own building, it can't.
