After recording back-to-back wins to start the season, the Arizona Cardinals have been struck by a familiar stupor. The Cards dropped three straight games by a combined margin of defeat by five points.
Star quarterback Kyler Murray's early-season heroics have given way to inconsistency. He struggled mightily in Arizona's defeat to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 4 and was at the helm when the Cardinals blew an 18-point advantage en route to a defeat to the Tennessee Titans in Week 5.
The latter matchup proved particularly disastrous for Murray, who was temporarily left on the sideline after incurring a foot injury.
Here's the latest on Murray's recent injury woes — and if it could impact his status for the Cardinals' next game, a Week 6 tilt with the Indianapolis Colts.

Murray's status for Sunday's game remains up in the air. He did not participate in practice on Thursday, Oct. 9, per ESPN's Adam Schefter, further increasing concerns about his availability to start on Sunday, Oct. 12.
The former No. 1 overall pick was temporarily cut down with a foot injury during the Cardinals' Week 5 contest with the Tennessee Titans. Murray left the game, briefly taking to the locker room. Jacoby Brissett played two snaps in relief before Murray returned to the game.
Arizona surrendered a 21-3 lead in the second, falling victim to a pair of fumbles and some late-game Titans fireworks.
After the Cardinals' defeat, Murray spoke with the media regarding the nature of his ailment. "We gotta see," Murray said.
Murray returned to the practice field on Friday, two days before the Cardinals Week 6 game against the Indianapolis Colts.
