The Green Bay Packers have not given running back Josh Jacobs many snaps early on in the Week 15 game against the Denver Broncos.
Jacobs was on the injury report with a knee issue this week and was questionable before he was ruled active for the contest.
However, he hasn't seen the field much in the first quarter of the Week 15 game against the Broncos. Here's why.
Is Josh Jacobs playing today?
Yes, Jacobs is active and he's healthy enough to play, but as the television broadcast noted, the Packers are limiting his reps.
It would have been nice to know that before the game, but here we are. Jacobs was clearly not pleased the Packers were keeping him out longer than usual.
It makes sense for the Packers to do that, though, as they have a short week with a game against the Chicago Bears next Saturday.
