The Chiefs enter Week 11 as the lone undefeated team in the NFL, and the two-time defending champions continue to get healthier. Running back Isiah Pacheco, who suffered a fractured fibula in Week 2 against the Bengals, returned to practice this week for the first time since the injury.
Kansas City opened Pacheco's practice window this week, giving the team 21 days to activate him from injured reserve. However, even though Pacheco practiced, Kansas City may not feel that he's ready to play in a game again.
Here's the latest update on where Pacheco stands heading into the weekend.

Is Isiah Pacheco playing this week?
The Chiefs ruled Pacheco out for Sunday's game against the Bills, as the running back needs more time to recover from his injury.
Pacheco was a limited participant in practice all week after the team designated him to return to practice from injured reserve. After this week, Kansas City has two more weeks until they have to activate Pacheco to the active roster.
The Chiefs face the Panthers in Week 12 and the Raiders in Week 13.
WEEK 11 FANTASY FOOTBALL RANKINGS:
QBs | RBs | WRs | TEs | D/ST | Kickers
Chiefs RB depth chart
Rank | Name (Status) |
No. 1 | Isiah Pacheco (Out) |
No. 2 | Kareem Hunt |
No. 3 | Carson Steele |
No. 4 | Samaje Perine |
No. 5 | Clyde Edwards-Helaire |
With Pacheco out, Hunt will once again lead the way in the backfield, as he was the only true running back to receive a carry in the game last week. So far this season, Hunt has 125 carries for 449 yards and five touchdowns, all of which lead the team.
Steele serves as the team's fullback but has the second-most carries on the team this season. Perine, meanwhile, is primarily a depth option but has seen some time in the backfield instead of Hunt or Steele.
Edwards-Helaire, the former first-round pick, has yet to see any action this season. He is typically an inactive player on Sundays.

Isiah Pacheco fantasy outlook
Once Pacheco returns, he will likely retake his spot at the top of the Chiefs' depth chart. However, with Hunt producing in Pacheco's absence, the two may split time moving forward instead of one getting more carries over the other.
