The Buffalo Bills are looking to avoid two straight losses for the second time this season. After an embarrassing loss to the Miami Dolphins, Buffalo will host the 6-3 Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who sit atop the NFC South.
The Bills are in must-win territory if they want to keep pace with the New England Patriots in the AFC East, who are now 9-2 after defeating the New York Jets on Thursday night. Unfortunately for the Bills, they will have to go about defeating the Bucs without star tight end Dalton Kincaid, who has been ruled out with a hamstring injury.
"Bills coach Sean McDermott said on WGR550 that TE Dalton Kincaid (hamstring) and DT Phidarian Mathis (shoulder) are OUT for Sunday's game vs. the Buccaneers," Alaina Getzenberg reports. "WR Khalil Shakir (ribs) "is heading in the right direction and should be in a good spot for the game." Big news there."
Kincaid is one of two consistently reliable pass-catchers for Josh Allen, catching 29 passes and four touchdowns on the season thus far. Considering how bad the Bills' passing game has been, losing Kincaid is the last thing they could afford going into a game against a good Bucs defense.
