The Dallas Mavericks will look to snap a nine-game losing streak when they return to the court following the All-Star break to take on the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday night.
Dallas' last win came over the Golden State Warriors back on Jan. 22.
Cooper Flagg ruled out vs. Timberwolves with left midfoot sprain
Unfortunately for the Mavs, they’ll be without prized rookie Cooper Flagg for the game against Minnesota. Flagg has been officially ruled out of the contest due to a left midfoot sprain.
It will be the second consecutive regular season game missed by Flagg due to the issue, which also held him out of the Rising Stars Challenge at All-Star weekend.
On the season, Flagg has played in 49 games for the Mavericks and posted averages of 20.4 points, 6.5 rebounds, 4.1 assists and 1.2 steals per performance.
This story will be updated.
