The Bills enter this week with a huge lead in the AFC East, and they have a chance to get closer to the top seed in the entire conference in their game against the undefeated Chiefs.
However, for Buffalo to hand Kansas City its first loss of the season, the team needs to overcome multiple injuries on offense.
Buffalo already ruled out both Keon Coleman and Dalton Kincaid for the game, but veteran wide receiver Amari Cooper has a chance to return. Cooper, whom the Bills acquired before the trade deadline expired, has missed each of the last two games with a wrist injury.
Here's the latest on Cooper's status for Week 11 vs. the Chiefs.

Is Amari Cooper playing this week?
Cooper is listed as questionable on the Bills injury report, but the veteran wide receiver is optimistic that he can play vs. the Chiefs.
"Definitely feeling better. Definitely more comfortable," Cooper said, via ESPN's Alaina Getzenberg. "So, just ready to play football again."
However, even if Cooper does play, he won't be 100 percent healthy.
During practice this week, Cooper was seen practicing with a cast on his injured wrist, which he likely will wear when he is next able to play.

When Cooper does return to action, he will presumably be the Bills' top receiving target, with Khalil Shakir moving down to the second spot. Rookie Keon Coleman is already ruled out for Sunday's game, which will be the second straight week he's forced to miss a game with an injury.
Veterans Hollins and Samuel are depth options, but Hollins has filled in admirably while Cooper was out.
Virgil is primarily a special teams player who will only play on offense in an emergency.

Amari Cooper fantasy outlook
With Cooper back, and both Coleman and Kincaid out vs. Kansas City, Cooper should be one of the Bills' most-targeted players on Sunday. However, due to the cast that Cooper is wearing on his wrist, it is unclear how effective the veteran wide receiver will be in the game, making Shakir the safer fantasy option.
