The Minnesota Vikings welcomed back running back Aaron Jones to the lineup for the Week 8 game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Jones missed a handful of games due to a hamstring injury, which led to his being placed on injured reserve. However, the veteran back was cleared for action for Thursday's contest against Los Angeles
Unfortunately, his return hasn't been productive thus far. Here's a closer look at what's going on with Jones.
Is Aaron Jones playing tonight?
Yes, Jones is playing and has gotten snaps and even two touches. However, Los Angeles has stifled him on both touches, with Jones failing to gain a single yard.
Minnesota has also given Jordan Mason some work, and the Vikings' offense has struggled mightily overall, so those two factors have limited Jones' work and production, also.
Hopefully things pick up as the game progresses.
