IPL 2026 Auction is done and dusted. The mini auction is officially in the history books, with the 10 franchises stacking up their squads with some big names for the new season of the Indian Premier League.
As expected, Australian all-rounder Cameron Green emerged as the most expensive player in the IPL 2026 Auction. Kolkata Knight Riders broke the bank and signed the pace-bowling all-rounder for ₹25.2 crore at the mini auction.
Five-time champions Chennai Super Kings surprised the cricket universe by splurging ₹14.2 crore each to sign uncapped Indian players Kartik Sharma and Prashant Veer. Meanwhile, defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru recruited experienced Indian all-rounder Venkatesh Iyer for ₹7 crore at the IPL 2026 Auction.
