TORONTO, May 20, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Inventus Mining Corp. (TSXV: IVS) (“Inventus” or the “Company”) is pleased to report that, pursuant to the Company’s early warrant exercise incentive program (the “Program”) as announced on April 17th, 2025 and April 25th, 2025, certain warrant holders have exercised a total of 12,200,000 warrants for total gross proceeds to the Company of $1,098,000. The Company issued 12,200,000 common shares upon the exercise of the warrants and 12,200,000 incentive warrants (each, an “Incentive Warrant”).

Each Incentive Warrant entitles the holder to acquire an additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.12 per Incentive Warrant Share until 5:00 PM Eastern Time on November 6th, 2026. The expiry date of the Incentive Warrants may be accelerated by Inventus if the closing price of the common shares of the Company on the TSXV is greater than or equal to $0.15 over a consecutive 20-day period. If this occurs, the Company may accelerate the expiry date of the Incentive Warrants by issuing a press release announcing the reduced Incentive Warrant term whereupon the Incentive Warrants will expire on the 10th trading day after the date of such press release.

The balance of 2,800,000 warrants that were not exercised under the Program will remain outstanding and continue to be exercisable for common shares of the Company on their current terms until the original expiry of November 6th, 2026.

The Incentive Warrants, and any Incentive Warrant Shares issued upon the exercise thereof, are subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issuance in accordance with Canadian securities laws.
