Victor brings decades of experience to the role, including his tenure as Chief Information Officer and EVP of Customer Success at Insurity, where he managed SaaS implementations and led the evolution of the company’s cloud platforms. Under Victor’s leadership, Insurity has grown its cloud footprint to over 400 customers, solidifying its position as the largest cloud-based provider of P&C insurance software, and consistently delivered more than 50 successful cloud migrations and customer go lives annually. These achievements highlight his dedication to operational excellence and delivering measurable value to customers. Joining Insurity through the acquisition of Oceanwide in 2015, Victor previously served as COO at Oceanwide, where he successfully scaled operations and drove customer-centric initiatives. With a background in consulting at Accenture and a degree from McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management, he has a proven track record of leadership and operational success.

As COO, Victor will lead Insurity’s SI partner network, providing customers with greater flexibility and scale to partner in ways that best suit their business needs. By streamlining operations across the customer journey, from onboarding to cloud migration to post-go-live support, he aims to help customers rapidly realize the return on investment from their software solutions and market initiatives.

“Stepping into this role enables me to shape a more connected and efficient experience for Insurity’s customers, ensuring they can quickly realize the benefits of our solutions,” said Victor. “From contract signature through implementation and beyond, my focus is on refining every stage of the customer journey to drive faster ROI and help customers achieve their strategic goals with confidence.”

“Jonathan’s deep expertise and proven leadership make him the ideal person to take on the expanded responsibilities as COO,” said Chris Lafond, Chief Executive Officer at Insurity. “As Insurity continues to innovate and expand, his focus on operational excellence and customer success will be instrumental in helping Insurity achieve our ambitious growth objectives. With Jonathan’s leadership, we will further strengthen our ability to deliver exceptional value to our customers, ensuring their success in a rapidly evolving industry.”
