Luanna Pérez-Garreaud, a fashion and lifestyle content creator with 1.7 million Instagram followers, has listed her charming East Village apartment for $1.29 million.

The 1,000-square-foot residence at 205 E. 10th St., boasting two bedrooms and one bathroom, is a blend of timeless New York allure and contemporary upgrades.
She purchased the unit in 2018 for $1.2 million, records show.
Pérez-Garreaud, who commands a following of 1.7 million on Instagram as @luanna, has made the space a backdrop for her online presence.
The apartment features lofty ceilings, preserved moldings and hardwood floors that lend it a distinctive charm.
Its generous layout includes a second bedroom repurposed as a dressing room and wardrobe suite.

Pérez-Garreaud, a fixture in New York’s digital fashion scene, reflected fondly on her time in the co-op.
“I’ve absolutely loved living in my East Village home — the expansive space and incredible natural light made it truly special,” she told The Post. Yet, with shifting priorities, she’s ready to move on.
“As my needs have evolved, I’m looking to relocate to a larger space in a different neighborhood, but I know the next owner will appreciate everything that makes this home so unique,” she added.
