Inside the twisted world of Sean Combs’ assistants who ‘facilitated’ freak-offs — including his ‘Ghislane Maxwell’

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ former chief of staff was “in love” with him, and allegedly wielded her power to manipulate his staff, a source who previously worked for the pair exclusively told The Post.

Kristina Khorram — Combs Enterprises Chief of Staff whom Diddy once called his “right hand” — was one of several former assistants and bodyguards Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, 38, named Tuesday in Manhattan court while testifying regarding alleged sexual abuse against her and others by the hip-hop mogul.

Ventura is the fed’s star witness against Combs in his federal sex-trafficking trial in Manhattan. She also named Neil Dominique and David James when asked about members of Combs’ “trusted assistants” who, she said, helped set up his “freak-off” sexual performances and tracked her whereabouts.

“He had several assistants. He had three at all times plus a house manager. KK [Kristina Khorram] was his number one. KK was in love with Shaun,” a source who previously worked as a chef for Combs told The Post.

“She was infatuated with [Combs]. Because she wanted to remain the No. 1, she would throw others under the bus.”

However, another source who worked for the disgraced hip hop mogul remembers the relationship differently. They said Combs and Khorram were close, but only in a friendly way.

Kristina Khorram, also known as KK, considered Diddy’s “Number one,” according to a source who previously worked for Combs. “She was infatuated with [Combs]. She would do whatever he needed. Because she wanted to remain the No. 1, she would throw others under the bus,” a source who previously worked for Combs told The Post. Diddy/Facebook

“Freak Offs,” according to the indictment, were sex parties which allegedly included Diddy, his girlfriends and sex workers. Preparation for them would require “stocking the hotel rooms in advance with the required Freak Off supplies, including controlled substances [drugs], baby oil lubricant, extra linens and lighting.”

During raids at the rapper’s mansions earlier this year “narcotics and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant,” were seized by federal agents.

Khorram, 38 was previously named in a lawsuit against Diddy filed by rapper ‘Lil Rod’ Jones in February 2024, in which he compared her to Ghislaine Maxwell – notorious dead pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s right hand woman. That lawsuit is ongoing.

Diddy has faced more than 70 lawsuits in total since November 2023, and his legal reps have denied the claims in all of them.

Khorram did not return the Post’s request for comment. She has not been charged with any crime connected to Diddy’s alleged conduct and is not thought to be under suspicion by police.

She has previously said: “Horrific accusations have been made about me in various lawsuits regarding my former boss. These false allegations of my involvement are causing irreparable and incalculable damage to my reputation … The idea that I could be accused of playing a role in – or even being a bystander to – the rape of anyone is beyond upsetting, disturbing, and unthinkable.”

In 2021, Diddy posted about Khorram on Facebook, saying: “She’s been my right hand for the last 8 years and has consistently proven to execute and get s—t done. Don’t know how I’d function without her.”

The chef who previously worked under Khorram for Combs told The Post they feel she fostered a toxic work environment.

“It would have been impossible for KK not to know everything…she was with him 24 hours a day,” an industry insider said, noting: “They had an intercom in the house and he would be on a phone call and she would intercom in.” REUTERS

“She’d set up these landmines – whether it was the maids [or] me – she just had this way of making our lives hell for no reason. It’s why she was our only direct line of communication,” the source said.

“She [KK] got her rocks off of seeing people being penalized for not doing what he wanted,” said the chef, who admitted they were let go after they had confronted Khorram.

The second source said they too felt it was a toxic work environment, but the blame shouldn’t all be laid with Khorram.

“Was she an angel? It’s a tough environment to be an angel in.

“We worked in a serious office that had serious businesses, that’s how I saw it. I think Kristina has been dragged through the mud. I feel for her. It was a toxic environment and people were in it. When it was good it was amazing, when it was bad, I wasn’t around.”

Meanwhile, an industry insider confirmed to The Post Khorram was looped in on everything Diddy did.

During raids at the rapper’s mansions earlier this year “narcotics and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant,” were seized by federal agents. “KK would organize the Ubers [taxis for the Freak Off],” the source told The Post, adding: “They’d show up in an Uber and they’d be Ubered back. Some were on a private plane.”  U.S. Attorneys SDNY

“It would have been impossible for KK not to know everything…she was with him 24 hours a day,” the industry insider said, noting: “They had an intercom in the house and he would be on a phone call and she would intercom in.”

“She [Khorram] positioned herself as Diddy’s safe space [after the death of] Kim [Porter, his ex-partner],” the chef claimed.

“You saw his decline after Kim was gone. The LA home was the family home, all seven of his kids were there. There weren’t these crazy f–k fests.”

Porter had split from Diddy in 2007 but continued to co-parent the six children they shared together and had a good relationship with the start. She died suddenly in 2018 from lobar pneumonia aged 47.

During her two days on the stand, Cassie – who was one of Combs’ girlfriends between 2007 and 2018 — claimed he had beaten her more times than she could count during their relationship and that he would fly into rages over tiny things. The former employee said they had witnessed him being hostile.

“Diddy would get into these fits of rage. And lose his s—t on people,” the source said.
