Joe Manganiello and Caitlin O'Connor Engaged After 2 Years of Dating

Joe Manganiello is having a fangtastic anniversary with his fiancée Caitlin O'Connor.

And in celebration of their three-year milestone, True Blood alum received a very special present from the Winning Time actress, who he first met in 2023 at an after-party for her HBO series.

"For an anniversary gift," O'Connor exclusively told E! News, "I got him a one-of-a-kind, custom arcade from Phantom Arcades with a custom One Piece LEGO front, photos of us around the world and 13,000 games."

But that's not all. The pair also took a trip to Las Vegas to catch Metallica's first two shows in their residency at The Sphere with Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves McConaughey.

"We enjoyed desserts at Black Tap to celebrate," O'Connor shared, adding that she and Manganiello also "squeezed" in time to catch their beloved Pittsburgh Steelers defeat the Las Vegas Raiders in a 32-13 game.

And seeing how she and Manganiello, who got engaged in 2025, both hail from Pittsburgh, the TV host is hoping to bring some Steel City charm to their upcoming nuptials.

"I am designing our wedding’s cookie table," she teased to E!, "which is a Pittsburgh tradition."

Of course, the nuptials will also include Manganiello's 5-lb. chihuahua Bubbles, who he adopted in 2019 while struggling with an autoimmune disease.

"Bubbles is way more traveled than any dog in the world," O'Connor told E! last year. "She goes everywhere. I think she's been to probably 17 countries. Ever since Joe adopted her from Dogs Without Borders, she's been all over the world."

O'Connor and Manganiello's anniversary comes right before the release of his memoir Bloodlines, out on Oct. 13. In the book, the Magic Mike actor detailed his seven-year health battle and how the illness took a toll on all aspects of his life—including his marriage to ex Sofía Vergara.

And for O'Connor, she's proud that Manganiello is sharing his journey. As she recently told E!, "I support him."

First Meeting

Joe Manganiello first met Caitlin O'Connor in September 2023 at an after-party for her HBO series Winning Time. "We are both from Pittsburgh," she told E! News in 2024. "I'm from Uniontown, which is about an hour and a half south of Pittsburgh, but we met in Los Angeles."

From there, the actress noted, they went on a "world tour," traveling the world together.

Red Carpet Debut

In December 2023, the two made their red carpet debut as a couple as the Children of Armenia Fund Gala, where Manganiello was honored with the COAF Humanitarian Award.

She Said Yes

Manganiello and O'Connor got engaged on June 24, 2025. The True Blood actor's chihuahua Bubbles witnessed the proposal.

Moving Home

In December 2025, O'Connor revealed that she and Manganiello had made a “recent move” out of Los Angeles to Mount Lebanon, Penn., a suburb of Pittsburgh.
